In the wintertime, the air is much dryer, especially at night when you have the heat
on. It really dries your skin as well as the outside. So you do need a heavier moisturizer
at night in the wintertime. In springtime, a lighter moisturizer is important. Always
wear a moisturizer with an SPF whether it's springtime or summer or any time of the year,
and it's also very important to use a nighttime moisturizer because that is when your body
is trying to repair yourself. And the more that you do that, the healthier your skin
will be!
