So as promised I am here to deliver my reasoning behind why Steam is actually one of the best
DRM policy's out there. So here we go. Steam does two things right that consoles like the
Xbox doesn't do right. Lets dive into it. Steam lets you play you're games offline!
That's right you can actually play the games you purchased with your own hard earn cash!
Amazing right!?! Don't believe me? Check the description! Want another reason why I support
Steams DRM policy? In the event that Steam were to go bankrupt they would not simply
shut their doors and say “Hey! Everybody out there that spent your money with us. Screw
YOU!” it actually says in the term's of service that they would knock the Steams DRM
off your digitally media and let you maintain ownership! Shout out to ReviewTechUSA on that
one! Video is in the description. These two things right here is what makes the difference.
Steam doesn't throw jail bars behind the games you purchase with them and secondly they usually
have a hell of a bargain on the games they do sell you! The other company's DRM policy's
out there are working against you! Steams is actually a legitimate purchase and a reliable
company that doesn't bend you over for purchasing games from you! That's the difference! How
long with this last with Steam? That's the thing. Nobody knows. They could change it
tomorrow. This is why DRM is so serious and why in all honesty nobody should purchase
digitally media. Purchasing digitally media is risky be aware of where you vote with your
dollar. Buy a disc or grab it on Steam. Don't let DRM kill gaming. Don't let it hurt the
consumer. I'll see you later.
