my name is angel and this is my Feedly Reader page.
today I
will be doing a tutorial on how to add an RSS
page to my Feedly Reader. As you can see
this is my reader I have.
If I want to see what I have I press my Feedly
and the things that I have saved
are already on here. I have categories that I've already added
and educational technology news and if I want to add another category I can do that
now.
I have found the page that I would like to add
and its from the teaching channel
and it's called Teacher's Voice. I'm
in elementary school teacher and I teach lower grades, so
this is very good for me. It gives me ideas
on resources I can actually use for punctuation.
If you look over here, there's other areas I can go to and can stay in touch
with.
So, I would like to add this page now.
One thing I found in Feedly that was interesting
is if I go from Feedly to another page
in automatically highlights the URL
for me. I don't have to do anything some I'm going to go back over here
just to show you that it's been highlighted.
It has been copied for me, so I go back to my Feedly page
and I'm going to press
add content. When I press, add content,
this new screen right here comes up. That's where I
add the URL from the page that I want.
So, I'm going to go up here and paste
the URL from the teaches site
that I want. Now, it appears
and there's two pages here.
This is the page then I'm interest in from teaches voice.
Simply click the plus sign,
and a new source page comes up.
As you can see these are categories here that I already have created.
If I want to create a new category I would just type it here.
I already have a category named
education, so I just click education
I go down here I click
on add and
I am finished. Now, here's my page,
Teacher's Voice, it's come up. If I want to
edit, I can click this, or I change things.
I can click remove, I don't want to edit it right now,
and I don't want to remove anything.
I'm in this category that says
Education, it lets me know where I am and it lets me know
I have an Edupotipa RSS
and I have Teacher's Voice.
I am done I can go back over here to my Feedly,
and it's there. Thank you very much for watching.
