are going to discuss how to make a Pork roast. Alright, no we are going to check our Pork
roast to make sure that it?s done. Get some pads. We'll gonna go right here. Put it right
up here. Close your oven. Take off our pads. We've got our thermometer. And remember we
take this and we insert it here. Right into the center. Make sure we don't hit any bone
or gristle. And we take the glass thermometer and we insert it right in the same hole. We
want to go right down into the middle. Now we just ought to look and see where the temperature
come up to. Actually we are up to 140. We're at 150. And it keeps going. Keep going. Keep
going. Oh nirvana it hit 160 and it keeps going! We're at 165. This roast is done.
