I'm making Oats Pancake
Ingredients required to make Oats Pancake
Oats, Bombay Rava, Onions, Capsicum, Garam Masala, Coriander Seeds Powder, Green Chillies, Coriander, Lemons, Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Oil
Take a cup of oats and grind it into a powder
Take the powdered oats into a mixing bowl
Add 2 tsp of bombay rava (semolina)
Add 3 tsp of finely chopped onions
Add 2 tsp of finely chopped tomatoes
Add 1/2 tsp of coriander seeds powder, cumin powder and add some garam masala
Add a pinch of turmeric
Add 2 tsp of finely chopped capsicum
Add some finely chopped coriander leaves
Add some finely chopped green chillies and some salt for taste
Add some water to make a batter
Add a little lemon squeeze (juice)
Take a pan and heat some oil
Pour the batter on the hot pan and make a pancake
Spread it around and grease it with some oil
Flip it to cook evenly
Take the Oats Pancake into a serving plate
