Anchor: Peoples Health aims to keep senior citizens healthy. That's why they
held a recipe contest at the Second Harvest Food Bank to come up with their
healthiest recipes. A dietician looks them over and then a panel of judges picks the
best one based on texture, flavor and appearance. This year's heart healthy
recipe winner is Sylvia Cureau who created a spinach mushroom arti-chicken
dish. Yum.
Sylvia: It's a healthy meal because the amount of sodium is very low, the calories
are only 170 calories for a chicken breast, and it has all good things for you as far
as the nutrients.
Anchor: Sylvia, you can send it to the Galleria, we're always hungry here. This is
the second year Sylvia's recipe has taken the top prize.
