Okay folks, the name is Ed Williams with Expert Village and I'm going to be talking to you
today about weight management for baby boomer's. Health and wellness seems to be a big issue
today, there's a lot of health concerns that we happen to be dealing with. I'm going to
cover a few areas that I consider to be real important or to be able to accomplish proper
weight management. I'm going to talk about dieting and hydration. I'm going to talk about
being fit for life, which is very important. We're basically going to talk about making
the switch from a sedentary lifestyle to a more active lifestyle as a way of burning
more calories, subsequently being able to reduce excessive weight. I'm going to be demonstrating
some exercises for the busy professional of today that can be incorporated into your day,
which can start the gouge out process of transition from sedentary lifestyle to an active lifestyle
and as we go along we can incorporate other types of exercises and activities that moves
one more towards the active lifestyle. And last but not least we're going to talk about
energy systems, which I consider to be a very critical subject matter. I won't get into
it now but in our third series I'll talk about energy systems.
