DOLLYWOOD
ASHLEY: I am Ashley Shelton, and I'm here to trade faces with somebody I've never met.
I live in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Women and girls in Knoxville like to dress very ladylike.
Keeping it very classy. A nice, Southern lady charm, that your mom would be proud of.
My friends describe my style as grandma chic.
If I was an object, I would probably be like a doily. I think I would be a doily.
And I like to smell, usually like cake (laughs).
I was taught to put on makeup by my mom. I would watch her get ready and do her hair and style her makeup.
A painted nail can take you, take you a long way in this world, I feel like.
I've had a lot of like big hair because the bigger the hair, the closer to God.
It's my dream to be an actress.
My evening look is definitely a cat-eye and definitely some big hair.

HOLLYWOOD
CHELSEA: Hi, I'm Chelsea Van Mach, and I'm here to trade faces with someone I've never met.
I am a fashion stylist.
I would describe my style as eclectic.
I like to say it's like Pippi Longstocking meets Miss Havisham from Great Expectations (laughs).
I get my style inspiration from all over. I mean, it could be like architecture, old movies.
So many people want to put you into a box and when you go outside the box, you always get,
like, judged, or some way, but there's always room to evolve.
My favorite beauty trend now is probably a strong lip, I would say. I feel like you can be wearing anything and putting
on like a lip makes you feel bold and beautiful.
For an evening look, I'll throw on like a fur or some sort of crazy hat, and it's sort of like the glamorous side of Hollywood.
THE TRADE (hairspray sprays)
HOLLYWOOD GOES DOLLYWOOD
ASHLEY: My everyday makeup does not take that long. I'll do a blush, like a cream blush.
If I feel like wearing a color on my lips, most of the time it's just a gloss that tastes good.
And then I'll do eyes. Like a light nude color on my eyelid.
My hair, I spend a good probably half an hour. And then I'm out the door for the day.
DOLLYWOOD GOES HOLLYWOOD
CHELSEA: I start by washing my face. After that I moisturize.
I usually just put like concealer on my lips. It's usually like a simple routine. I just put lipstick on.
So eyes, I usually do like, just sort of like a smoky eye, which is usually like darker
on the outsides, and lighter towards the inside.
Everyday, with my hair, I just throw it up or pin it back. Like I'm always on the go.
AFTER
ASHLEY: My favorite thing about my new look is the lips and the all black.
It's vintage, but it's glam all at the same time.
CHELSEA: My new look makes me feel pretty. Like I feel like a girl. After this experience,
I might mess with my hairstyles a little more. I love the braids; I'm obsessed with them.
ASHLEY: After this experience, I definitely will play more with different patterns and
textures. Lined eye and a dark lip.
CHELSEA: I see a little bit of my style in Ashley with the whole fur, red lip and smoky eye.
She looks super-glam. I love it.
ASHLEY: I see my style reflected in Chelsea, well, definitely in the cowboy boots. And the granny sweater.
She looks better in my style than I look in my style.
That's not part of the deal! [laughs]
CHELSEA: It's fun being a girl. Sometimes it's really hard, but...
ASHLEY: But sometimes it's fun. CHELSEA: For the most part it's really fun.
ASHLEY: Yeah.
