In Delaware every corporation must renew the corporation every year with the
Secretary of State.
Every corporation is done on a calendar year,
which as of the end of the calendar year, which is December 31st, if you
had a company the next calendar year you have to file what's called a franchise tax, or
annual report
for the previous year.
So by March 1st of the year following, you need to file
a report listing all the directors the company as of the time you’re filing this
report
along with one officer and their addresses.
We can assist you at IncNow with this filing, if you fail to file this
franchise tax then your company will no longer stay good standing. Even if your
company is not doing business, you need to file this franchise tax to keep your company
going.
If you fail to file it, there's a fee, if you fail to file by the March 1st
deadline.
So we suggest you file this early and we would be happy to assist you with this process
at IncNow.
