Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village,
we're going to show you how to make fettuccine carbonara. Alright, last, I just want to talk
about cost. We made enough in that batch, with that pound of spaghetti, with everything
put together, six to eight people. Even ten small portions. With that said, lot of the
stuff you should have in you kitchen already. Like olive oil. Buy a big bottle, it will
go a long ways. If you had to go from scratch buying olive oil, cheeses and stuff, this
could be expensive. But like I said, you buy a thing of cheese, it's going to last three,
four, five, six, seven meals. So what was expensive? The bacon. Five six dollars a pound.
You know you're talking the spaghetti was two dollars. The onion, garlic couple of bucks.
You know twenty dollars if you have your olive oil and your cheeses already. Twenty dollars
or under and you're getting a bottle of wine with it. I don't know if you can get eight
glasses in a bottle. But you know what? Feed the kids and the grownups have a couple of
drinks with the bottle of wine. So like I said twenty to twenty-two dollars and you
got yourself fettuccine carbonara. And I thank you and I hope you make it cause it was real
good, we all loved it. My name is Richard Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village, thank
you for watching.
