>>Man: Wroclaw is a place like Google itself. It's a meeting place for talented or creative
people.
>>Man #2: We've got a lot of people who've traveled in and moved here.
>>Man: So, it's a real dynamic that a lot of people are in the same boat. They're in
a new city, trying to find new connections, new friends.
>>Man #2: It's a human sized city; it's like 600,000 people.
>>Man: Central European, cobblestone streets, beautiful old town square. To me it feels
like a big town rather than a small city.
>>Man #2: In Wroclaw we have over 100 people, so we all know each other by our first names.
>>Man: So, you're basically living in this diverse, yet small, family.
>>Man #2: We believe that that mix is what makes Google a fascinating place to work for.
>>Man #3: When I need help, when I need a hand, I know the person to go to because I
know their interests; I know what they do.
>>Man #4: This office is very, very dynamic. People here don't come here just to sit and
work. They come here to make it happen.
>>Man #3: Every single day, you're actually encouraged to innovate. And you start off
with something small, people start picking it up. They like your idea. All of a sudden,
you're affecting millions.
>>Man #4: One of our focus is to make sure that the advertisers get a good experience
using our products, so they're consistently getting feedback from them and improving the
products based on that.
>>Man #2: You are given responsibility and ownership to make things happen and I think
that's very satisfying from a professional perspective.
>>Woman: Google gives you lots of possibilities to work internationally.
>>Woman #2: You have an opportunity to work with your colleagues from the US, from Ireland
or from India.
>>Man #5: I get to speak in French, Russian, Polish, English on a daily basis.
>>Woman: We have an ambassadorship program that enables you to go to other office and
work for a few months. You can feel that what you are doing is important globally.
>>Man #2: You do certainly get the sense that Google looks after its employees from an emotional,
from a financial and from a health perspective.
>>Man: We have tents; we have beanbags and like gym balls. We also have like, mini kitchens
with plenty of food.
>>Woman: Oh, the food.
>>Man #3: It's quite local, actually, quite often that makes me discover quite a bit of
Polish food and Polish cuisine.
>>Woman #3: We have our own cook here onsite and he's always surprising us with some delicious
desserts.
>>Woman: It's so good and self-control is so bad.
>>Man #6: We're very sporting and driven in general, so besides work, we have soccer and
tennis leagues.
>>Woman #4: When I joined Google, the only thing I was missing was yoga classes. I really
didn't believe that we can organize it. And within two weeks, we had all the equipment
bought and we have it once per week.
>>Man: So, we're looking for people from all walks of life. Those of you who have just
finished university to people who've got many years of experience out in many different
industries.
>>Woman: Everything can inspire you: people, office, city and our culture.
