(I had posted a pretty long status on facebook yesterday,
and the Lord is leading me to share that post, with you guys here on youtube. The title of
it is, Are you really following Jesus? It says,)
Every follower of Jesus Christ has sinned in times past,
But if you claim to be His follower and you continue to live in a life of sin and depravity
(corruption - perversion - immorality) than there remains no more sacrifice for your
willful life of sin. (His blood does not cover you) All that you
have, mixed with guilt and shame is a fearful expectation of the coming judgment
(wrath of God) for your disobedience... The good news is that there is still time
for you to truly repent (stop sinning) and live a life of holiness, righteousness, and
obedience to Him. If you're serious about turning from sin to Jesus (living for Him
and not yourself or others) and you truly want to be a follower of Jesus and be pleasing
to the Father... You must seek the Lord with all of our heart.
You must be serious, very serious... He must be your #1 priority, leave all worldliness
behind, spend time with Him, praying, singing, listening
for Him... Get your life right with Jesus. ask Him to
show you anything that is not pleasing to Him.
He will put it in your mind and heart things not pleasing to Him- write it down and take
action. Remove everything from your life that hinders your relationship with Jesus. Clean
up your mind, your conversation, your house, everything and make yourself aware of Jesus
all the time. Get organized for the glory of Jesus, make time to spend with Him every
day, even in the night. When you wake up. go and pray. He will speak to you in dreams,
visions and in your mind, you will hear and know His voice, clearly. You must seek Him
and wait on Him. As you increase your awareness and stay focused on Him He will speak to you
during the day also, at any time. When I pray in the Spirit I speak in a different
tongue, but If you do not you must just stay in your secret place with Him, entirely focused
on Him and wait for a breakthrough in the spiritual realm... You will know when you
have broken through into His presence... you must keep your mind clear of all distractions
and focus with your sights set on things above and centered on Christ!
Are you serious about your relationship with Jesus?
Are you really following Him my friend? I pray this will help you. Takes this to Jesus
and ask Him to burn anything out of you that hinders you from following Him on the highway
of holiness... where He wants you to be.
May the grace of Jesus be with you.
