Hey guys. So today I'm going to be doing this bold fall look, and I really wanted to show
you guys how you can wear bold, bright colors even if it is fall.
A lot of people think that you kind of have to go darker, go drabber in the fall.
You can if you want but you can still totally rock those beautiful bold colors.
I really wanted to put the emphasis and the focus on the eyes. So I'm going to be using
like an iridescent green. Really pretty shimmers.
I'm going to be using some corals in the cheeks and finish it off with a coral nude-ish lip.
And yeah, let's get started. So as you can see, I've already done full
face. I did foundation. I actually used the Bobbi
Brown BB Cream. The color that I used was "Rich" so I started
off with that. On top of that, I used the retouching powder,
simply because I have combination oily skin so you're definitely going to want to use
something that is going to help matte that down.
So after I applied the foundation and then I set it with a powder, I used two different
concealers. One of them is color corrector and the other
is an actual concealor. So I'm going to start off with the "Forest"
cream shadow stick. It's really pretty. It's gorgeous.
Dark green, opaque eye shadow stick. And what I did was I pop that onto my eyelid,
and then I blended it out with my finger. So now I'm going to be using the smudge brush.
I like it because it's tapered and it's kind of like a pencil brush.
I'm going to be using that along my lower lash line.
Still working with that green shadow, and I'm just kind of gently smudging it down there.
And I'm going in really soft with because you don't want to be like, over do it.
So after you've applied that eyeshadow base, I'm going to go in and use this really pretty
shimmery green eyeshadow. This is "Balsam" from Bobbi Brown.
So I'm going to be applying this shadow directly to my lid, and I am really packing it on because
I want it to be super bright and super bold. So just pack, pack, pack.
And really get that bad boy on there. I try to do more patting into the eyes as
you guys know, simply because it has the most color pay-off.
So I'm putting that all over the lid. Now I'm going to be using "Mint" eye shadow
and this is another pretty color. So darling, you're going to take that eyeshadow
and going to be popping that onto the inner corners of my eyes but I'm using a fluffier
blending brush because I want a softer wash of color.
And you can already see what it's doing when it's being blended in with that green eyeshadow.
And it's going to look a little messy right now but we're going to be cleaning it all
up later and it's all gonna come together. Now it's time for face powder.
I'm going to be using my MAC Mineralized Skin Finish and the shade I'm using is "Deep Dark".
So I like really getting a lot of product onto the brush first.
And then I press it on versus buffing. You get more coverage.
Plus because I have oily combination skin, it kind of just helps to mattify my skin down.Take
away that shine. I also put a little bit over my lips for my
lip color later. And don't forget around the hair line.
And that is our powder. Now it's time for bronzer, darling.
And you guys know I'm obsessed with bronzer. The shade that I'm using is "Deep" and I really
like that it actually shows up on my complexion. I'm going to be using this one.
What you're going to need is a powder brush that's kind of tapered thin, that way you
can get really heavily concentrated amount of product.
Give it just a few swipes onto that brush, and apply that on the lower points of your
check bones. And that's going to help like warm up your
face. You know, you're going outside. It's probably
raining. It's probably snowing.
Ain't nobody trying to look like Casper. We can still look like we have a bronze glow
even though it's fall. Okay.
And if somebody's got a problem with that, then they can come talk to me about it.
So I'm blending that again, around the low points of my cheek bones.
And sometimes I like to go to my cheekbones, and draw a "W"
And I will also add just a little bit all on my temples because I have a narrow face
so I really have to try and not overload on that area.
And a little bit along my jawline, and that's it.
This is where the fun part comes. I'm going to be applying the blush. I'm going
to be using "Spice" and this is that really pretty warm terra cotta blush which is one
of my favorites from the collection. I'm actually still going to use that brush
that we used for the bronzer, and I'm just going to apply that on the apples of my cheeks.
I really like this color because it's really hard to overload on it because it's so soft.
And I like that it's matte so it's not going to look super super shimmery on my skin.
It just looks really pretty with those greens. Now it's time for more shimmer!
I love shimmer! This the OG Shimmer Palette that started all
the other shimmer palattes. The color that I'm using is going to be bronze,
and I'm just going to take my shimmer brick brush and don't really need a whole lot.
Just going to be applying it on the high points of my cheekbones.
And you know what would be even more fun is if you take your blending brush again and
sprinkle just a little bit of that underneath your brow bone.
Just to highlight that up a little bit. Okay guys. As you know, I'm the Lash Queen,
so this is going to be my second favorite part of this tutorial is the mascara.
So the first mascara I'm going to be using is the Smokey Eye Mascara, and this is what
I'm going to be using to get the plump and fullness out of my lashes.
Then I'm going to help seperate them by using the Lash Glamour Mascara.
And that's just gonna break apart any clumps this one may have caused.
So we're going to start off with the Smokey Eye Mascara, and we're going to basically
apply it. Starting by brushing it onto my lashes.
And then I'm going to start at the root and start twisting my wand in circular motions.
Now I'm using the Lash Glamour Mascara to go in and separate and really get in there
and adding a little extra "UMPH" to those lashes.
So now that we finished up the eyes with the mascara, we're going to complete the look
off with doing our lips. I'm going to line my lips, as usual with my
favorite soft brown liner. I'm using "Cork" lip liner and this is from MAC.
So we're just going to apply a really soft line of that liner, and with this one, you
don't really want to see the color. You just want to put it on.
It's working to be nude on your skin. Just use really soft and small strokes.
And sometimes Iike to go in and take my finger and blend it out, just so that it's not too
harsh. So the first lipstick I'm going to be using
is "Vegas Volt". It's from MAC. It's actually probably one of my favorite
corals. It's so pigmented. It's very very bright.
And I'm going to apply a light sheer layer of that first.
And I like to blend that into my lip liner. On top of that, I'm going to be applying a
nude lipstick. This one is "Siss" and it's just your basic nude.
And that way you're still going to see coral but this way it's a nude coral.
And once again, be sure to blend that into our lip liner.
We're going to be applying our lip gloss. The color that I'm going to be using is "Tangerine."
So again, I'm just going to put a little bit on my bottom lip.
And...that's it! This is our BOLD makeup for Fall.
We got our beautiful, shimmery green eyes. Beautiful coral peach cheeks.
And our coral lip. If you have any of your bold makeup tips for
Fall, leave a comment down below. I don't know about you, but I'm ready for
