When Holi festival is around, one must be aware of the detrimental effects of the artifical colors
Black Color contains lead oxide as a constituent which weakens human kidneys
and sometimes also causes paralysis and disability
People who foolishly apply black colour,
just squander their money and also impair others health
Green colour contains copper sulphate as a constituent which augments eye allergy and blindness
Hence protect yourself from the people who play holi with green colour
and alert yourself, your neighbours so that these artifical colors do not fall on their skin as well.
Blue color contains Persian Blue as a constituent
which causes skin allergies and skin cancer
Red colour contains Mercury Sulphate which increases mental stress
It also causes cancer, paralysis and blindness
Hence beware of the red colour which is used for playing holi !!
Violet colour which contains chromium iodide causes Asthama and allergies
White colour which resembles silver
contains aluminium bromide. It causes cancer and many other diseases
Refrain yourself from squandering money and playing with these artifical colours, and also alert others
Playing holi with Palash Flowers have very beneficial effects and if interested in making other colors then,
Mix Henna powder and Gooseberry powder, this will yeild violet colour

Those Who turn on heaters for petty reasons (little lower temperatures), become very impotent
Hence is the importance of taking early bath in Magh(Jan-Feb) Months
It's cold during Magh(Jan-Feb) months, but during Karthik(oct-Nov) and Magh(Jan-Feb) have bath for sure
Do not fear cold, try to accomodate both cold and heat
