Hi everyone, welcome to Nicko's Kitchen's Fast Food Friday.
And today we will be making a Big Mac Wrap.
And I'm going to show you how you can do it at home.
So, lets get started!
"Intro song"
Let's get started on our special Big Mac sauce
Now into a small bowl, what I want you to do is put in some whole egg mayonnaise
and guys, it must be whole egg mayonnaise
Next I'm going to add in some pickled relish.
A small splash of white vinegar, some sugar and some some onion that I have finely diced.
And just give it a good stir.
Then right at the end, just season with a little bit of salt.
So, lets just give it a quick taste.
mmm, that it! That is Big Mac sauce.
Now, put your Big Mac sauce aside, and then we are going to get started on grilling our burger patties.
So first thing just onto a flat board, I'm going to lay down some baking paper.
And i've got some grown beef here guys. I'm just going to roll it up into a ball.
I haven't done anything, this is just ground beef, no seasoning or anything like that.
Just roll it up into a ball and put it in the middle. And then another sheet of baking paper over the top.
And then just using a rolling pin guys, I just want you to roll out that beef until its a nice thin patty.
And just to get that perfect round shape. I want you to do, just with a knife to cut around the edges and move the excess meat away.
So guys, theres your beef patty for our Big Mac wrap.
So, just keep continuing this process until you got as many as you want to make.
So guys, what I want you to do is on this side only, is to season with some salt and some pepper.
We will season the other side, but we'll do that in the pan.
OK, so into a pan over a medium heat, I'm just going to quickly add in a little bit of vegetable oil.
And now we are going to add in our beef patties, but make sure you put the seasoned side we did, down first.
Now guys, because their so thin they're only going to need a minute on each side.
And that's it, they're done! They're cooked. So let's start assembling this bad boy!
So guys, just onto a flat board I've got a tortilla wrap. First thing I'm going to put down is our beef patty.
And I've just cut it in half, and just over lap it. And then grab your Big Mac sauce and just spoon it over the top of that beef.
And then a little bit of sprinkled onion that I've just diced up over the top.
And I've also got some lettuce that I've just shredded. And again, just place that straight over the top.
And then I've got a slice of cheddar cheese that I've just broken in half and just lay it over the top.
OK, so here comes the folding. What I want you to do is grab each side like that, fold it in, then fold the bottom.
Up over the cheese, fold both sides in, then fold all the way over and then just tuck it in. There you have it, your Big Mac wrap.
So, lets give one of these bad boys a try.
