massaging technique for those who have a headache at work. What you want to do is stand up and
just comfortably lean forward and place your head on the business chair. If you are least
flexible you could just pull it outward a little bit more. Just relax and do this for
30 seconds.
Then after the 30 seconds just rise it slowly and then with your hands go through your hair
massage it a little bit and then form a fist pulling your hair away from you for 2-3 seconds
and you could apply this process again
according on how effective it is.
That is a self massaging technique for headaches.
