Hi! Welcome to www.earthslivingclay.com YouTube channel. Today I have a raw food recipe for
you. It's a berry banana chia pudding and it's got four food ingredients to it. Very
simple to make. The first ingredient is a ripe banana. You want to make sure the banana
is ripe. Unripe bananas sometimes the flavor comes through. The original recipe called
for 1 cup of raspberries but I'm going to add 1/2 cup of frozen berries because that's
what I have on hand. And the original recipe called for 1/2 cup of blueberries but I'm
going to add a full cup of blueberries again, because that's what I have on hand. The fruit
has already been washed. And the magic ingredient is chia seeds. Chia seeds are a great source
of alphalinolinic acid, which is an essential fatty acid that supports heart health and
has fiber, which helps your digestive system and is believed to have a positive effect
on cholesterol. Unlike flax seed they do not need to be ground first. You can put them
in whole. They look like little poppy seeds. The original recipe called for 3 tablespoons
of chia seeds but I've cut it back to 2. I didn't think 3 was necessary. And then 1/2
cup of purified water that's going to help make the chia turn into a gel. And then like
with all my recipes I'm going to add Earth's Living pure calcium bentonite clay. This is
the clay for internal use and it is a powerful detoxifier. It's highly alkaline. It has a
pH of 9.7. I'm going to add a teaspoon - just a teaspoon of the clay to boost the nutritional
value and health benefits of this pudding. Hold the phones while I blend it up real quick.
It's really that simple. In the blender - you may have a Magic Bullet. I'm going to blend
it a little more because of the frozen fruit. The thing when you use frozen fruit is that
it is going to be cold right out of the blender, which is great. The recipe calls for this to sit overnight in the frig and it will gel further.
