My name is Ian Crawford. I've come to Krakow for dental treatment. I'm from Scotland, in the UK.
I'd been looking at this for a few years now and I spoke to a work colleague,
who had some dental work and he recommended it, so then I looked into that further,
just beat the bullet and came and did it.
It was very unknown to me coming to this country, what the treatment would be like. I didn't
know what sort of clinic I was coming to, what treatment I would get?
But it's all worked out very well.
The clinic itself was very clean, and well presented. And very efficient as well.
The room seemed full of very high standard equipment. Yeah, it's all very good.
The treatment was faster, It was quicker than I thought as well. A lot of treatments done
is a small space of time like all the preparation, all the implants done in one day. But I had
a choice out there, which was good. He said: you could stop any time, you could come back
the next day, you could do it later, but I just said: no, no keep going, keep going....
And he was very accommodating in that sort of way, so that was good. We could push it
altogether, get it done quickly. Much quicker than getting any treatment done in the UK,
and of course the cost. It's much cheaper as well. And it's been recommending through
various websites, and the people that I know. So yeah, I would recommend it.
To open a figure on it probably, overall, taking in flights, accommodation and treatments,
it was probably, maybe a half price. Maybe 50%. But I was, the quotes I got in the UK
in various places were for the implants only. But I also had reconstruction done as well
here. So, maybe 50% is a bit generous. So probably less than that maybe.
Yes, we've done all the major things like castle, the sites. We've been to Auschwitz,
the Salt Mines, we've been to a lot of these places. But when we'd gone down side streets
we found something new again. We got wider and wider. We walked down different streets,
seemed to be very safe and to move about is very efficient as well. The transport, the
trams, the buses, seems easy to move about. People seem friendly. Most of them speak English,
which is good, because I don't speak Polish.
From your point of view, it's very easy, you organize. I told you my flights and you organize
me to come here. But no, its regular flights to Krakow.
I'm very happy that I have lots of more teeth now. I'm able to smile again.
Hi, my name is Tony, I'm Ian Crawford's wife. And, he wanted to get his teeth done. And
he's decided to come to Poland - I wasn't so sure about it at first. But once we got
here and realized the benefits of what he's, you know, he's got to had done. He's got a
gorgeous smile now, which is great as he had no teeth. So it's great to actually see that
he's got a gorgeous smile again. And while I was here and I waited for him, when he went
in to the dentist, the staff was just lovely to me, I got free coffee, which was quite
nice, and chocolates. But I was just amazed how clean and professional the dentist was.
It was just something like out of an ad, it was just so nice, and I felt so comfortable,
I didn't feel that I was in a way, or anything like that. So I was very pleased and he's
very pleased, so it's all good.
