So, you know you want to lose some weight, and you're probably thinking that, in order
to do so, you need to exercise, but you simply don't have time. How do you lose weight without
exercise? Hi, I'm Jani Roberts, and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, and a graduate
from the American Academy of Nutrition. Here's some great suggestions. First of all, put
that exercise in the back of your mind for right now. If you simply don't have the time,
you don't have the time. But eventually, we're going to find a way for you to make that time,
even if it's just a quick walk before you go to bed at night. So, lets get started with
it, without exercise, what do we do first. Okay, simple. Lets take a look around your
house. Go into that kitchen, and look at what you have in your coverts. Are you planning
your meals in advance at all, or you're kind of just making it up as you go along. It really
does make a big difference. We all know how we feel when we go to the grocery store, and
we know what we're going to get, and we're not hungry, verses, when we have no plan,
and we're starving. So, we want to thing of it like that, get a plan, and make that plan
work. So, what we're going to start out, 5 meals a day, maybe 6 if you've got the time.
How are we ever going to make that happen? How are we ever going to find the time to
cook, and prepare? We're going to do it the night before, it's going to be easy. When
you're having dinner, you're going to make a little extra. You're already cooking fish,
you're already cooking chicken, you're already cooking lean meats, just make an extra serving.
So think about that, and plan it into your shopping. Buy that extra bit, cook it all
up at the same time, you're there anyway, and the next day it's already done in advance,
you're good to go. You can do it without exercising, you just need to have a plan. I'm Jani Roberts,
