Holly Bell: My name's Holly Bell, I'm a family recipe
writer and I've got a really good recipe for you here, it's a no-cook flapjack. It's a
great cheat if you haven't got the time to actually stand and wait for your flapjack
to be ready. All you need is 350g of Sainsbury's Fruit and Nut Muesli, it's got loads of delicious
bits in there you can see those all there. So what I've got here is 150g of salted butter
that's been cubed and 125g of Sainsbury's toffees. I've popped those into a saucepan
and I've melted them until they're liquid. Just pop it straight in to your muesli mix.
Make sure it's all really well covered, there's nothing like the smell of melted toffee and
butter it's yum. And then what I've got here is just a tin that's been greased and then
it's got cling film in it, that's to line it.
Holly Bell: And then all you do is just tip all of this
into the tin. And then you're last job is just to pat this down, and there we go, that's
a really quick cheat's flapjack. That goes into the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours,
you can leave it in there for longer. This is something I like to make at breakfast time
because it's really quick and then later on when the kids come home there's something
always there that's delicious. So, this has been in the fridge now for just over 2 hours,
so what I'm going to do, it just lifts out in one whole piece. And you just peel away
the cling film like that, take a sharp knife and then cut it into pieces, as big or as
small as you want, depends who it's for. And I think the last thing to do, is to taste
it. So I'm probably going to have this piece here. Mmm, it's the toffee that really makes
that amazing.
