The winners of our space competition will be flying 103 km
up to space with space tourism company SpaceXC.
The Lynx spaceship departs like a plane from the extended runway at the space
airport
accelerating at an incredibly fast rate as you ascend, speeding towards
space.
At T +60 seconds you will break the sound barrier.
Once at an altitude of nearly 60km, parabolic flight begins,
during which you will experience a period of weightlessness.
Then on the way back down, high levels of G-Force for around 10-20 seconds
as you rapidly pick up speed.
The flight will end with the Lynx gliding back towards Earth,
during which time you get to enjoy the view,
before landing at the space port
just like a space shuttle.
