We are in this bussiness nearly for 30 years.
We produce flour for baklava, bread, desserts, yufka, tandir,and lavas.
That is to say,we produce all kind of flour that is used in baked products.
Since the establishment of our factory, our the biggest aim is to produce high-quality flour.
In every process, beginning from collecting the wheat from the field to making flour out of wheat, we are very careful.
We analyze the wheat that we export or buy from domestic market in our specialized labaratories
and produce the most appropariate flour for production purpose.
The most important reason to be prefered by our customers is that we never decrease the quality of our products for any reason.
Also, thanks to the special diagram adjustment which is peculiar to our firm, our flour is more intense, efficient and there is not any additives in it.
To exemplify the quality of our products I can say that the bakers who use our products express
that they bake more bread with our flour compared to other brands.
Also,the confectioners who use our products say that their cakes are more delicious with our flour.
