Jake Hoogeveen: In the luxury segment, I mean, yes, there's definetly high expectations.
They know exactly what they want. For example, your their CEO of a company
your used to things going your way. So it's up to us to meet that expectation.
Everybody has a different reason for why their there, why their staying with you
and it's our job to find out what it is.
If you were there for business, it'd be very important to you to know that
you have the 24 hour business center and what facilities are available and that we can open the fitness center early
for you because you may have an early morning meeting.
If you're their for a wedding it's all about social.
Letting them know maybe where the events are happening.
A good example, the bride and groom they stay with us,
they're up at their event. They return to their hotel after their
long day and it's their wedding song playing with a personal gift from the Four Seasons.
Maybe somebody stays with you and they just love attention. We're going to give you that attention
and also knowing they have different needs. Are they staying at a resort property or a business property?
Are you traveling with your family or not with your family?
It's really all about that personalized service.
