I'm going to be talking about the lower part of the face. I'm going underneath the nose
and I'm just doing a gliding stroke. I'm bringing that around up towards the temple. I can repeat
that several times. Going up and around. I'm going below the cheekbones and going towards
the temple. Since we adjust on the bottom part of the gums, now I can do the top part
of the gums. I can do either separately or I can do it together. I'm just going around
where the teeth are, where you can feel the bones of the gums. I'm going towards the jaw
again and doing the circular motion on the jaw with all 4 digits on both sides. Then
you can finish it with a gliding stroke with your thumb going up towards the temple. Then
I can finish off with the fingers coming up. Then underneath the nose again. These are
all just very gentle gliding strokes.
