I'm one of the food editors here at Better Homes and Gardens, and I'm calling it a kale
comeback. Not only is kale super nutritious, but it's got this mildly bitter, kind of sweet
flavor that I just love. And here's something new you're gonna wanna try. It's called kale
sprouts. They're similar to Brussels sprouts. You can roast them or sautée them in the
same way. I love to use kale by adding it to soups or the simple sautée I do called
beans and greens. And I love to make kale chips. If you haven't tried kale chips, you
