So this is the balloon sinuplasty device, and the way it works is that we place this
catheter in the area of the natural sinus opening. Then we slowly advance the wire,
which is usually lighted on the end of it, into the sinus. When the wire is in the sinus,
we can see illumination of either the cheek or the forehead, and when we see that illumination,
we know that we are in the correct area. After we confirm that, we very slowly advance the
balloon over top of the wire. Then, we inflate this balloon. Once it's inflated, we deflate
it, and we remove the entire apparatus from the nose.
