Hi, I'm Erica with Expert Village and I'm talking about how to prepare a low calorie
delicious fruit salad. Now I'm going to show you the proper way to slice the fruit. Whenever
you're slicing an apple you want to go from the top down the middle to where it's two
halves. Then you're going to dig out the pit of the apple, make sure all the seeds are
gone. Do it with the other half making sure there's no excess seeds or top left. Feel
free to leave the skin on the apple and then just begin slicing which ever way you see
fit. But make sure when you're slicing an apple that you keep slicing the halves into
halves so you want them to be small enough to where they're bite size like that.
