Hi this is Mark Barlet, President and Founder of the AbleGamers Foundation.
I wanted to take a few mins to show you
a controller I made using Jelly Beans and the Makey Makey.
The folks at Makey Makey have some really simple and great games you can
play right out of the box on their website.
But I wanted to see if I could control a game a little more complex.
For those that aren’t familiar, Makey Makey was a Kickstarter project that
used the Ardrino system to create controllers for your PC so you could make average things switches.
Out of the Box the Makey Makey the left side switches along the back programed
to familiar keys A S D W as well as D F and G.
The right side is programed to mouse movements by default, but that was not going to
work for what I wanted to do. But because Makey Makey is based on Ardrino I was able
to open up an Ardrino control panel and change the programing.
Now this might not be for everyone, but for the first time it only took me about 6
mins to setup my environment. I simply told them what I wanted these particular
ports I wanted them to be, complied it, uploaded it to the Makey Makey and I was ready to go.
So let’s play some GuildWars 2!

Well that’s it, I killed a bunch of chickens using a controller candy corn Jelly Beans
and the Makey Makey,
Umm if you have any questions, post them and I will see if I can answer them.
I hope you enjoyed this video.
Thanks, I am Mark Barlet, AbleGamers.com
