Hi! This is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make
Chinese sesame chicken. Let's do the same with our green pepper. Cut around the stalk.
Pop that out. Put that in our waste bowl. Let's deal with a half at a time. We're going
to do exactly the same thing. Cut long pieces like so. Don't forget to get the gristle and
the stuff out that you don't want. Then we're going to make bite size pieces like so. One
more time. Cut it right down the middle here. We want bite size pieces like so.
