To bake seafood, first you want to start off with your oven set to three hundred and fifty
degrees. Next, you want to start off with seafood that has been brought to room temperature.
It typically works better if you use room temperature seafood versus cold seafood, and
that makes your product juicier. Next, we're going to put our seafood into the oven and
let it cook until it's done. Cooking times will vary. But for every one inch thickness
of food, you're going to cook it for about ten minutes. And that is how you bake seafood.
