Alternate Day Diet (ADF) by Gary who is determined to Learn How To Lose Weight Fast Using Intermittent Fasting. I am weighing 81.9 modes energy levels were quite poor today is my fasting day, I had one meal in the evening around 7pm. my learnings is I took a day off even though I met my
exercise goals. I spent the day by taking my dog for a walk to leave my body to recover. I had a pizza without cheese and this made my energy levels go down. The benefit of alternative day fasting is feeding sensitivity of food. I eat slowly and I sense
the nutritional value of the food. Surprisingly I found out it was wrong choice of food yesterday and I'll avoid that in future. Thanks for watching alternate day fasting forum!
