Hello guys It's my 8th video.
We've got 2014, it's been 20 years since Ayrton Senna passed away.
When I started my preparations to make Ayrton's bust
I didn't know much about him. It was just another name I heard about somewhere
but I knew almost nothing about his carrier. I was not interested in F1 also.
So I started to look for some photos, watch some videos
and read some articles. My knowledge of Ayrton began to grow
and you know what? I liked this man and I started to think
whoooo he was a great driver. He worked on his talent so hard,
had clear goals and strong vision of what he wanted to achieve.
Pursue for perfection gave him lots of triumps. Ayrton felt a need to help youngsters
and his charity actions gave him even more respect in my eyes.
Shortly after his fatal crash his sister Vivianne established
Ayrton Senna Institute. Organisation helps young Brazilians to get
better education. Until now about 17 million children beneffited.
So I can say that during process of creating Ayrton's bust bacame his fan.
Now I leave you for a moment with sculpting process and in the end I'll make a comment on colours
I used to finish this sculpture.
People ask me is this finish intentional or is it a result of mistake.
What were your first impression?
No it isn't a mistake the glossy side
and the direction of look symbolise fame and being a great driver.
White gloss symbolises also .. Infinity, new possibilities,
well it's hard to explain in a brief way but I'm sure some of you understand me well.
Flag needs no explanation. The matt side connected with direction of look
mean passing away. And the black means accident at Imola circuit in 1994.
Thank you for watching and see you in my next video very soon.
