Hi! This is Rich Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm
going to show you how to make coconut shrimp with orange marmalade dipping sauce. Okay,
we're back. This is how they should look. We put them in flour, the stout beer that
we used, and then in the coconut. This is how you want them to look in your parchment
paper. We're going to put them from here right into our fridge now for 30 minutes. 30 minutes
and they'll be ready to go. Try not to break anything in your kitchen. This is a good time
now where you can clean up your mess. Like I said, I clean right here at the table. It's
an easy mess. You have some dishes. Get all your stuff. Get it right into your bowl because
you're just going to throw it away. Clean your dishes at this time. When I come back
then, we're going to put together our apricot sauce. It's very good, the apricot sauce.
I keep telling you it's great. When I come back, I'll show you just how to do that. We're
going to get our oil in our pan. Once our apricot sauce is done, we'll get that hot.
Our orange marmalade sauce. I keep saying apricot. I'm sorry. If you want to use apricot,
use apricot. When I come back though, it's definitely coconut shrimp. It may be apricot
and it may be orange, but it's definitely going to be good here on Expert Village.
