In this video I'm making fresh blueberry biscuits. You need to preheat your oven to 450 degrees
and then begin mixing the dough. In a bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, 1/3 cup of sugar,
4 tablespoons of margarine, 4 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Slowly
add 1/2 to 1 cup of milk until the mixture forms a soft doughy texture and mix by hand.
Next, fold the blueberries into the dough. If you need to add flour, do so now. Flatten
the dough onto a clean, floured surface and begin cutting out the biscuits. Place the
biscuits onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Place them into your preheated oven. Bake them for
7 to 12 minutes or until they are golden brown. While in the oven, mix together powdered sugar,
water, vanilla and lemon juice to make the glaze. Remove the biscuits and brush the 1
tablespoon of melted margarine onto them. After they cool slightly, drizzle the glaze
over the warm biscuits. The list of ingredients is below this video. Thanks for watching.
