Use advanced motion shortcuts to make the most
of your Samsung Galaxy S III from MetroPCS.
Watch this video to learn how.
Begin by enabling the advanced motion features.
Touch the Menu button from any home screen.
Then touch Settings. Select Motion.
To enable motion, touch "Motion activation" to mark the checkbox.
The features will now be able to be switched on or off.
Now switch on all of the motion features.
Return to your home screen by pressing the Home key.
Touch Apps, and open email.
To quickly refresh your email list, simply shake your device in your hand gently.
Now scroll down your list of emails.
If you would like to quickly return to the top of the list:
Tap your finger on the top of the device twice - like so.
To take a screen capture from anywhere on your device
simply swipe the side of your hand across the device.
A scanner-like animation will let you know that the screen has been captured.
To quickly access your screen capture, pull down the notifications panel
and touch "Screenshot captured".
Another great motion feature is the Pick Up To Call feature.
To use this, first touch the Home button.
Then touch Apps. After that, touch Contacts.
Now select a contact you would like to call.
To call them, simply pick up your Galaxy S III and hold it to your ear.
Your phone will instantly call your contact.
