So to introduce myself, my name is Paul Ntulila.
I'm from this area, I grew up in Newham near the Olympic Park.
Gosh, the best achievement is my university degree
because it was really tough and I struggled, studying politics
and high level English language for me is really hard to understand.
There are barriers at university and it was a complete struggle.
I was pretty confident at dealing with those issues in my first year,
second year more so and third year absolutely,
my confidence sky rocketed and I got my first class degree.
We would discuss international relations to do with the EU,
the UN, China, Asia and I achieved a first class.
Also working with the Olympics.
This year has been an amazing achievement
and I can explain a bit of the background for that.
I was working with London 2012, I was part of the Diversity Board.
I was responsible for having meetings every quarter.
There were different roles involved in that,
working with young people, young people's panel,
getting young people involved in the Olympics
and supporting them with that project and so forth,
planning for the Games in 2012
and I think that was the best achievement for me.
Also, another achievement is travelling, I love travelling.
I love seeing different cultures throughout the world.
Meeting Deaf communities all over the world.
I'm learning new stuff every day.
