Hi! This is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make
Chinese sesame chicken. Here are the vegetables for our stir fry, so let's bring them to the
stove. Once again, we're going to turn our stove on medium high. We're going to pour
our vegetable oil in. I have some more vegetable here on the side. We're going to probably
need more as we're going. Just put about probably half a cup in and let's wait until that gets
heated up. Let's take our vegetables in. We'll take our zucchini and throw that in. Then we'll take our green peppers and throw
that in. We got a little bit of zucchini left over here. Let's make sure we get all that.
Then we'll take our green onion, the top parts and we'll throw that in. Then of course, our
green onion, the bottom parts. We'll throw that in. We're going to save our basil for
later. We're going to stir this around until it's crisp but tender. That's maybe about
5 minutes. Remember my rule: always keep it moving. Keep it moving. Let's just keep stirring
this around until it's nice and crisp, yet tender. That's definitely coming along nicely.
It's still not crisp yet, so we're just going to keep moving. Keep it moving like so.
