On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach you how
to make arroz con pollo. It has been sitting in this pot, the chicken and rice for about
5 minutes. 5-7 minutes, keep stirring it cause I want the rice to move around so everything
cooks thoroughly. I'm going to add a drop more of the beer and you are going to watch
it as it cooks that is what you are going to do. You are going to come in here every
10 minutes or 5 minutes and see. Chicken and rice takes a while to cook, it does not cook
quick quick because you have chicken in there and there is a lot going on so you have to
keep stirring it even more. So maybe 10 more minutes you can check on it. You want to cover
it again and you see the rice is not open yet, you would see that the rice is hard.
You would know the rice is not fully cooked. If you press the grain it is white inside,
it is not thoroughly cooked. When it is puffy you would see that it is.
