Alright, let us go over the ingredients that we are going to need today. We are going to
be taking our shrimp and we are going to be taking our shells right off them and just
discarding them. We will not be using that for our stock. We will be making a stock and
we are going to be using a vegetable stock and we are going to take these anato seeds
and we are going to be crushing them and adding that to our stock. We are going to add scallions
and they are going to be used while we are cooking our shrimp. And then again, it is
going to go into our rice and the scallions will also go into our vegetable saute. We
have some cilantro. We are going to be cooking this together with a jalapeno and a red pepper.
Our ginger is going to go with our mushrooms and again we will be sauteing those with some
soy sauce and some black pepper. We are going to make a little marinade of white wine vinegar
and lime. And, we are going to be marinating our shrimp in that first and then we will
actually be cooking the marinade with that. We are going to have some onions and a tomato.
We are going to need some oil. Some garlic cloves and a half a cup of rice.
