Alright we're going to cut our last two vegetables. We're just going to take a small ring of red
pepper and we're going to discard the center and the mid meat there and we dice this in
to small pieces. And we're going to cut one clove of garlic. And we're going to get a
small bowl and we're going to add our garlic and our red pepper, and we're going to mix
together a teaspoon, actually two teaspoons of sesame oil and a half a teaspoon of cayenne.
And then we can go back and get our lemon. We're going to juice that.
And then we're going to go and mix all those flavors together.
