bean salsa. This has cilantro in it, I put a little bit of lemon juice in here, it has
corn I did with frozen corn. Like I said black beans with a little bit of cumin, a little
bit of sea salt. Now one of the other reasons this is so great for you is black beans are

important minerals that your body needs in your diet in order to stay really healthy.
I know if we are up hiking and if we are getting low in energy, our legs would start to cramp
up if we don't have enough potassium for example. Also because black beans are high in fiber,
it helps with fighting off a lot of cancers and it is also cholesterol free. There are
several health benefits that make black beans worth eating and you can do all kinds of things.
