In this clip, we are going to show an Arasa. An Arasa is a string of steps that have come
together very often in the counts of twenty four, thirty two or maybe even more. So we
are going to show you one Arasa. That is again, used in a pure classical dance form. And in
a pure classical dance item. Or maybe interspursed into another you know, part of the dance.
Where you need a pure dance sequence. So it's really a dance sequence that can be put in.
So let's start with an Arasa. And this Arasa is from the Batu Nritya. Start with the Chauk.
Kukun Dhari, Taje Naam. Dhrini Kitha. Ta, Dhri, Ta. Dhrimi, kitha. Kad, Ta, Ka, Tai.
Kad, Ta, Ka, Tai. Ta, Dhre, Itha, Dhri, Mi, Kitha. Kad, Tak, Dha. Kad, Tak, Dha. Dha,
Kad, Tak, Dha. That is a full sequence of a dance which can be inserted into any kind
of a choreography.
