Hi. This is Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village. Today, we're going to learn how to
make a healthy, vegetarian Lebanese feast. So, first things first. Any time we're working
with fruit or vegetables, we want to make sure to give it a good rinse. I'll turn on
warm water and I'll just rinse it over the colander. That looks good. Now, we're going
to be juicing this lemon. So in order to get the most juice possible out of it, we're going
to put it in the microwave for about thirty or so seconds. Heating it up releases all
the juices and gets it ready for a good juicing. So we're going to pop it into the microwave
for thirty seconds. Okay? And it is almost ready to come out. By the time it comes out,
it will be really juicy. Okay? It's just a little bit warm, but I can already tell it's
softened up quite a bit. Now we'll take it and roll it out a little bit. Again, we are
just distributing those juices to make sure it juices really well. I don't use a juicer.
I just use my hands, so that's why I'm putting so much work into making sure I get a lot
of juice out of it. And we will just cut it in two.
