I'd say so. People have said that their skin looks better, they've experienced significant
weight loss, and their stomach just felt better.
I don't know. I really want to lose the weight. I just don't want to lose the ice cream.
Maybe this will be a good chance for you to experience a life changing diet. You will
be healthy and thin well into your old age.
Yea, maybe this is better for me than I think. And like you said earlier, there are substitutions
for a lot of the things that I'm going to lose.
