A lot of dogs you'll see walking around the park have harnesses on, and that's because
they might have a very sensitive throat and they'll choke very easily when they're on
different types of collars. And that's all fine and dandy, except when you're putting
a harness on a dog and you're connecting it in the back, you may be turning your dog into
a husky. What dogs like to do is pull. It's a natural instinct for them against pressure
to pull forward. This design hooks the dog in the front so when you're giving a correction,
or you're trying to get control over the dog, it will move him to the side, taking him off
balance, rather then pulling him backwards, which will start that forward pull once again.
This one doesn't actually fit Sadie very well, but you can see that it's hooked in the front,
it's very easy to apply, because this is color coded. The dark color indicates it goes under,
with the lighter color going over the head. So it makes it very easy to put on and off
your dog, and it definitely will help with those pulling dogs and will get them out for
walks more, because there's nothing that is more hassle then taking a dog out and having
your arms pulled out. So this is a great way to work with that pulling dog and not choke
him.
