So today I am going to show you how to measure your wrist at home for a watch.
That's one of the biggest things that we have an issue with as
watch retailers
is people sending in
their correct watch sizes
simply because they don't know how to do it properly
so at home
not a lot of people have a soft ruler
this is kind of a makeshift way to do it
I have a piece of paper, some scissors, and of course a ruler
and we measure by inches
now
this is the easy for me
I fold it in half
vertically
take the scissors
and you can cut about an inch or inch and a half
it does not have to be specific
but basically I just created a
soft ruler
that can go around my wrist
now one of the main things that a lot of people measure when asked to measure the wrist
is their actual wrist
if you wear your watch there then that is what you want to measure but most people don't so
measure in your actual
place that you would wear your watch
and I just bring it around
you don't want to measure to tight
just
measure how you
would want it to feel
so that is good to me
I see where it met
I create a crease
and I just measure with a ruler
so in inches I am at
six and 3/4
so that is my wrist measurement and we do allow for error
and we are pretty good at that and that is how you can do it at home
