She says it's time for some new blood.

of Te Arawa leaders to take their place.
She says Te Arawa leadership is not being nurtured or developed.
We do have a youth forum called Rangatakapu
- they are our youth of tomorrow.
They meet annually.
Te Arawa Lakes Trust Chair Toby Curtis
which is the biggest Trust in Te Arawa says they are trying
to make changes.
But Raukawa-Tait says it's not good enough
as money is being squandered and not filtering down to those who need it.
To devolve an organisation is not easy.
Each group has their own separate funding.
Raukawa-Tait also says that this is a huge issue
which needs to be addressed by all Te Arawa people at an open forum.
