Theon gets some sisterly advice, Rob follows his heart and Stannis closes in on King's
Landing. Heather here to talk about last nights Game of Thrones, "The Prince of Winterfell".
So, if you haven't seen it yet consider this your official spoiler alert.
All in all, kind of a boring episode. The good news is Bran and Rickon are still alive!
Yay! But how long are they going to have to hide out under Winterfell? And will Theon
take his sister's advice and abandon Winterfell to return to his father's side? I doubt it.
Lady Catelyn betrays her son and puts Brienne in charge of returning Jamie to Kings Landing
to get her girls back. When Rob finds out he treats his own mother like a common prisoner,
and what happens next, I kind of feel he does to get back at his mom. He decides to forego
his vows to marry a Frey and sleeps with that nurse girl. He really is too young to be King.
My favorite part of the night was how Arya cleverly planned her escape from Harrenhal.
But as a book reader, I was a little disappointed that her escape didn't go as it did in the
books. She is such a strong character in the books and I think Arya's character in the
show is lacking some of that. Speaking of Strong characters. I hate how
the show does this. Why show Daenerys' story line if it's not going to progress at all.
Are they saving her trip to the house of the undying for the finale? That would be a predictable
finale. I mean we know she's going to get her dragons back, right?
On the bright side, at least we have that epic battle to look forward to next episode.
