Hello.
This tutorial is going to be in Portuguese since it is my entry on the
Sigma Makeup Brushes contest for July.
So let's begin.
I'll be using a cream shadow in the form of a pencil as my eyeshadow base
I'll apply very little of it to all of my lid up to my brow bone.
Next, I'll take a regular all over eyeshadow brush and use it to apply
an eyeshadow
that has a light color but has some shimmer.
Pack it on the brush and apply it all over your lid.
On my brow bone I'll apply a lighter shade.
That's basically all there is as far as shadows are concerned.
Let's start the eyeliner phase.
Triple eyeliner isn't the easiest technique out there but we'll try.
I'll start with a coppery color. This is the lid of the jar.
I mixed a drop of home made mixing medium with a pigment.
This is Medusa's Makeup's pigment and it's called Penny Wise.
I'm using and angle brush to mix it like so until I have a paste.
I'll line my eyes just as usual. However I won't make it too thin
nor too thick
It's a bit hard to talk while lining your eyes so I'm sorry.
Like so.
All done.
Well, the first part is accomplished. For the second part I'll use
my Royal Pallet.
I'll use this dark blue. It's not really navy blue but it's almost.
I'll take my mixing medium again and since the shadow is in a pan
I can't pour it in there.
I'll just wet my brush like so.
Follow the previous line you made but make it higher
taking care not to overlap both lines.
In case you cover the copper line by mistake, you can fix it later
by going over it again.
If you happen to cover much of the first line, you'll get a purple
line instead of a copper one and a blue one
The second line is done.
And now the third one.
You can use gel or liquid, depending on your personal
preferences and the brush you want to use.
I'm going to risk it and use liquid with a thin applicator.
Make the thinnest line you can manage. Of course, try not to overlap
any of the other lines.
I made a mistake on my outter corner, so I'll take the first brush
and correct it
Angle brushes are really handy when doing your eyeliner because they help
you get the desired shape and
if you want a wing it's easier.
To finish my eye look,I'll just use mascara. You can use
falsies butI feel that the
triple eyeliner is calling enough attention as it is.
I'll leave the lower lashline bare because I think the triple eyeliner is
"heavy" enough and I don't want to drag my eyes down too much.
As for blush, I'll use the Royal Palett and a brick eyeshadow.
I chose Brick because it compliments the copper on the eyemakeup.
Remember that when you work with eyeshadows with mixing medium
as we used for the eyes
it's important to let it dry because it can stain, transfer or run.
For the lips, I don't want nothing too bright.
So I'll use a Hard Candy lipgloss.
Here's my look and I hope you liked it. Thanks!
