Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village,
we're going to show you how to make fettuccine carbonara. Alright, we're back and we just
finished cleaning up a little bit and eating it. That was so good, we're all feeling great.
With storage, it's very simple. I just want to talk storage. You could just put it in
a Tupperware. We're just going to put in this bowl, just get some saran wrap like so and
just put some saran wrap on top and put it right in your refrigerator. This will stay
good for you know three, four, five days even. But you got to watch with reheating it. You
can't reheat this in the microwave. If you reheat it in the microwave, what's going to
happen is your oils are going to separate from your heavy cream. You're going to have
a lot of oil on one side and cream on the other. And just you know it breaks everything
up. So you don't want to reheat it in a microwave. What you want to do is reheat it on your stove
top. Just the way we cooked it. Add a little bit more heavy cream to the mix and just turning
and turning and turning and folding until it just gets warm and put it on your plate.
That's how you want to reheat it. So again make sure you don't put it in your microwave.
This is a heavy, fulfilling, it's very, you know, cheeses. It's not the best for the health
conscious or the weight conscious person. But if you do eat it and you make it once
in a while, splurge. Because the taste is fantastic. Come back. I'm going to talk cost.
Thank you for letting me be in your house everyday here on Expert Village.
